First, we will set out to learn as much as we can about your company, its culture and brand identity, as well as observe and analyse the ways in which work is conducted. This can range from meetings with individual teams to discuss more immediate needs and ones with management that tell us more about your vision for the future of the company.
This step includes a space planning that is catered to the needs that were identified by our architects, as well as an initial budget proposal, which is the starting point for further discussions and alterations until we reach the best possible solution.
After agreeing on a concept and final budget, the next step is detailing of the technical project, which includes all the blueprints for the construction works, finishes, custom-made furniture, along with a bill of quantities for the materials and catalogue furniture, lighting and accessories.
Once everything is set, our dedicated team, along with a network of trusted contractors will set about turning everything into reality, from the construction works and plumbing, HVAC, electrical and voice data installations to the assembly and setup of furniture, decorations and even live plants.
